The conference will be held in Cairo, Egypt from October 31st to November 4th, 2023.

You can stay informed about the conference by visiting our website regularly, subscribing to our newsletter, and following us on social media platforms. We will also send email notifications to registered attendees regarding any important updates or changes.

All communication and correspondence will be conducted through email. Please make sure to check your email regularly, including your spam or junk folders. Registration

To register for the conference, please visit the registration page on the Vista 2023 website and follow the instructions provided.

The conference offers three different registration packages. The first package is the Standard Package. The second package is specifically designed for citizens of low-income countries. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions page to review the list of countries eligible for this package. The third package is the Student Package. Participants opting for the Student Package will need to provide proof of their student status, such as a school or university identification.

Participants will need to upload a valid proof of identification that indicates their nationality, such as a passport. Additionally, students registering under the Student Package will need to provide a document verifying their student status, such as a school or university identification.

Currently, the payment for conference registration is available through bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Yes, the organizing committee will provide regular transportation services at the beginning and end of each day of the conference.
